Because of this he could be potentially triggering, but anything like that would obviously be handled between myself and the other mun before he did anything.

That's not to say Koishi's organs aren't interesting either. I mean she does have to fit 8 tentacles that are about 20 feet long or so in a petite 4 foot tall body. (this is actually possible. the math was done)
